Reset your Password
If you no longer know your password to your account, you can easily reset it. Simply visit your investor portal, type in your email address, and select forgot password.
Once you click forgot password, an email will be sent to your email address with a password reset link. Click this link to verify this is your account.
💡 If you do not see the password reset email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
You will be taken back to the investor portal, and be able to enter your new password. Once confirmed, you will be redirected to your investor portal.
Change Your Password
💡 You must know your current password in order to do this.
To change your password, click on your initials in the top right corner of the investor portal when signed in, and select Settings.
Navigate to the Password tab, and enter your current password, as well as your new password and select Save changes.
