If you're having trouble using the investor portal, there are a few steps you can take to try to resolve the issue.

Clearing Your Web History

If you encounter any errors, we suggest clearing your web history. This often resolves issues with the investor portal. If the issue persists after clearing your web history, kindly contact our support team for additional assistance.


Missing Investment Details

If you cannot find details about your investments on your investor portal and this is not your first time accessing your account, please double-check that the email you are using to log in is the same email registered to your account. To do this, go to verivest.com and click "login". Enter the email you believe is registered to your account. If you are prompted for a password, the email is correct. However, if you are asked for your first and last name and prompted to create a password, that email is not registered to your account.
