If you're having trouble using the investor portal, there are a few steps you can take to try to resolve the issue.

Clearing Your Web History

If you encounter any errors, we suggest clearing your web history. This often resolves issues with the investor portal. If the issue persists after clearing your web history, kindly contact our support team for additional assistance.


Confirming that you are using the correct URL

Our platform has recently been updated to allow investment managers to offer a custom-branded experience to their investors. To access your investor portal, please use the direct profile link/URL provided by your investment manager. If you are unsure of

which link to use, please contact your investment manager or our support team.

If you are a new user of the investor portal, we recommend bookmarking the link provided in your welcome email for easy access.
