Uploading Accreditation Documentation

In order to verify your accredited investor status, you need to submit the necessary documentation.

After collecting the required documentation, you can upload it as part of the investment process. If you are investing in an opportunity that requires accredited investors, you will be prompted to upload the necessary proof during the investment process before signing the documents.

To do this, click Verify accreditation

First, you will be asked to certify that you qualify as an accredited investor

Depending on how you have chosen to invest, you will be presented with a number of common pathways to prove your accredited status. Select the path which matches the documentation you have to upload.

If you don't yet have the required documentation on-hand, you are able to download templates which may help you facilitate you accreditation. For example, you are able to download a sample third-party accreditation letter to have your CPA or attorney complete.

If you have your documentation, upload your files and select Continue

Once submitted, this documentation will go to the Verivest team for review and approval. If we need any additional information we will contact you via email.
