To understand the documentation required, visit What does it mean to be Accredited?

Once you have collected the necessary documentation, you can upload it as part of the Investment process. If investing in an Opportunity which requires investors to be accredited, you will be prompted to upload the necessary proof during the investment process before you sign documents. To do this, click Verify accreditation.

You will first be asked to certify you qualify as an Accredited investor.

Depending on how you have chosen to invest, you will be presented with a number of common pathways to prove your accredited status. Select the path which matches the documentation you have to upload.

If you don't yet have the required documentation on-hand, you are able to download templates which may help you facilitate you accreditation.

For example, you are able to download a sample third-party accreditation letter to have your CPA or attorney complete.
