Updating Investment Account Details

If your address or phone number changes you can update your details from your investor portal.

At some point, you may need to update the information associated with your investment accounts. Your investor portal gives you the ability to make changes to the following information:

  • Email address

  • Primary address

  • Mailing address

If you need to update any other information that is not accessible to you, please notify your Investment Manager or Verivest Support.

To update your information, please follow these steps:

  1. Click Accounts

2. Select an account

3. Click edit

4. Update your information

5. Click save to confirm your changes
