You can build, save, and download reports from the Reports page in the manager dashboard.

Building and Downloading Reports

To build your first report, go to the Reports page in the manager dashboard and click the Add new report.

Please note: you must complete investments before they show on any reports.

From there, you can name your report and select the type of report you’d like to create from the list of templates provided.


What Reports are Available?

  • 1099-INT Report

    • This report can be used for generating 1099-INTs, reporting all interest income earned for the calendar year selected, for each investment account, excluding ERISA accounts.

  • Periodic Account Summary Report

    • This report summarizes all transactional activity for each investment account by month. The report downloads as a ZIP file, containing an Excel report for each investor. It is a useful summary for your investors to reconcile their accounts for any given period.

  • Capital Pledged and Contributed

    • This report summarizes all investment activity, broken down by status, and includes more detailed information for specific accounts and contributions in the offering for any given period. It is useful for capital raise activities, including tracking the status of subscribed/not yet subscribed capital.

  • CAR Report

    • A Capital Account Rollforward (CAR) can be created for each security. The report includes opening and closing values, and sums of all activity that took place on or before the begin date and end date (such as a quarter, or calendar year).

  • CAR Withholding Report

    • A Capital Account Rollforward (CAR) Withholding report can be created for each security. The report includes opening and closing values, and sums of all activity that took place on or before the begin date and end date. Withholdings shown are account totals across all securities, and may be repeated on different reports for the same period.

  • Demographics Report

    • This report includes the demographic details for all investors who held a position in the offering within the tax year selected. It is useful for collating demographic information needed for tax filing purposes.

  • Demographics Plus Report

    • This report includes the demographic details, account information, distribution preference and capital account balances and dates for all investors with an active position within an offering. This will not show investors who have redeemed.

  • ERISA Report

    • This report shows all capital from ERISA accounts, including their balances, unit class and overall ERISA % for any Offering, as of any date.
