Dear Valued Investor,

We are writing you to notify you of changes to the investor portal we utilize through Verivest. Starting at the beginning of January, our investor portal will transition from <insert current investor portal URL> to <Verivest.com/name-of-manager>.

Here are the main takeaways you should be aware of:

  1. Although the URL for our investor portal is changing, your login credentials will remain the same. When you land on our new profile page at Verivest.com, you will be able to click ‘login’ in the upper right corner and enter the same username and password you were using before. If you happen to land on our old URL, you will be automatically redirected to our new page at Verivest.com.

  2. The process for accessing your investments will remain the same. You will notice that the portfolio tab has been removed, but you will be able to access and review all transactions and investment information within the investments tab.

  3. If you would like to access any of our open opportunities listed on our profile page, you can do that from that page at <Verivest.com/name-of-manager>. If you would like to invest in one of these opportunities, the investment workflow will be the same as you experienced before.

  4. If you need assistance accessing or using your account, you can utilize the Verivest Help Center, reach out to us at <INSERT MANAGER SUPPORT>, or contact a member of the Verivest Support Team at support@verivest.com.

OPTIONAL IF YOU UTILIZE THE VERIVEST MANAGER DIRECTORY AS A VERIFIED MANAGER

Additionally, you may notice that Verivest has discontinued their Manager Directory so you will no longer be able to search for our profile on Verivest.com. However, we and Verivest continue to believe in and are committed to the importance of trust and transparency for investors. The Verivest Verified badge on our profile page means we have completed background checks that meet Verivest’s requirements and signed the Verivest Code of Conduct.
