This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to find an investment account. This will help you make any necessary updates or determine whether you need to create a new account.
To view all of your investment accounts, select Accounts from the main menu in the Investor Portal.
After selecting Accounts from the main menu in your portal, you will be taken to a page that looks similar to the example shown below.
From here, you can:
Add a new account (individual, Joint, Entity, trust, retirement and brokerage)
See the current status of your Accreditation or Identify Check Status.
Upload additional documentation regarding an identity check
Update your contact details (home address, mailing address, or email)
