As an investor, it's important to stay up-to-date on investment opportunities. Here are some ways to access open investment opportunities through your investor portal:
To begin, navigate to your Portfolio page and click the View Opportunities button. Alternatively, you can click on View Overview and scroll down to the Opportunities section. Either method will take you to the same page.
💡 Please note we do not have a public Sponsor/Manager directory. Investors who wish to view opportunities from sponsors on Verivest's platform must first connect with a manager who uses our platform. If you are already communicating with a Sponsor/Manager who uses Verivest, ask them to share their custom profile link so you can prepare to invest in their opportunities.
A quick overview of the selected Investment Managers' open Opportunities will then appear similar to the one pictured below.
Clicking on an open investment opportunity will provide investors with access to more details about the opportunity, which may include:
Opportunity summary: This will provide a brief overview of the investment opportunity, including the investment type, target returns, and other key details.
Opportunity documents: Investors can access investment documents such as offering memorandums, subscription agreements, and other legal documents related to the investment.
Investment strategy: This will provide more information about the investment strategy being employed by the Manager.
Initiating the Investment Process
After locating an Opportunity, Investors can initiate the investing process by clicking on the purple Invest button located on the Opportunities page.
From there, you will be taken through a series of steps to complete your investment, including confirming investment details, completing required forms, providing payment, and verifying your identity.
Global Opportunities View
From the Open Opportunities page, you will be able to view all of the investment opportunities that are currently open and available across all of the Investment Managers that you have either viewed or invested with. To view the global Open Opportunities page in your investor portal, please follow these steps:
Log into your investor portal
Click Open Opportunities located in the menu at the top of your portal
Once you find an opportunity that you are interested in, you can click on the opportunity or visit the Managers profile to view more details.
