After our Onboarding team establishes the foundation of your firm's profile and available opportunities, you can access your portal and navigate to the "Opportunities" section to make any necessary changes to the listed opportunities.
The Opportunities section displays the name, status, offerings, and security of each opportunity. This section also allows you to quickly see how many views each opportunity has received.
If you click on any of the listed opportunities, you will be able to view and edit several details, including:
The opportunity's overview (opportunities name, inception date, risk profiles, property types, investment types, program types and strategies)
Description
Images or videos
Documents (such as the Private Placement Memorandum & subscription packet)
Funding instructions (wire instructions documents are to be updated here)
After making changes you can preview the changes by clicking on the preview button.
If you notice any other changes that need to be made, simply click on continue editing to return to the opportunities creation page.
Updating the status of an Opportunity
As an admin you have the ability to update the status of opportunities, which informs your profile visitors whether the opportunity is open, funded, coming soon, or in full cycle.
To do this complete the following:
Sign into your admin profile
Click on Opportunities
Navigate your cursor to the right of the page
Click on the Opportunity status dropdown menu
Select the desired status
Click Save at the bottom of the page
Hiding or displaying an opportunity on your Manager profile
To ensure that opportunities are visible to profile visitors, click the Viewable on manager profile option and then click save at the bottom of the page.
To hide any listed opportunities simply uncheck the visibility button and click save.
