With the increasing competition for funding, it is important to stay ahead of the curve and continually update fundraising strategies. These updated can be made from the opportunity creation page.
To locate the opportunity creation page complete the following:
log into your admin portal
Click on Opportunities from the lefthand side menu
Locate and select the Opportunity that you need to make changes to
From there you will reach the opportunity creation page displayed below.
The strategy and technique fields are located at the top under the Overview section. In this section, you will find the following options, all of which apply to fundraising strategies and techniques:
Strategies (CRE Acquisition, Short Term Rental, Ground-up Development, etc.)
Risk Profiles (Core, Value Add, etc.)
Property types (Retail, Multifamily, etc.)
Investment types (Income, Growth)
Program types (Close-Ended Fund, Syndication, etc.)
Clicking into any of the fields mentioned above will reveal a drop-down menu with several options to select from.
