An investment amount should only be adjusted in consultation with the investor, generally for the purposes of:
Correcting an error.
Updating an investment to be below the set minimum.
Updating the amount due to a change of mind.
If an investor wishes to change their pledged amount, you can update it from your admin portal. If subscription documents have not yet been sent, you can easily modify the pledged amount from the investments section in your dashboard. However, if subscription documents have been sent, please void the current subscription documents that the investor received via DocuSign.
To update a pledged amount please follow these steps:
Log into your admin portal
Click Investments
3. Locate the pledge that you need to update
4.Click Edit located at the top right
5.Enter the new amount
6. Click Update to save the changes
7.If applicable, send the subscription documents with the updated amount to the investor.
