Uploading Investor Documents

Occasionally, you may need to upload documents for a single investor. To do so, follow the instructions below.

  1. Visit the Accounts section of your dashboard

  2. Select the Investors Account which you are working on.

  3. Select Documents from the top menu.

  4. Click add a new document

  5. Select the Offering for which the document applies to

  6. Use the drop down menu to select the type of file you are uploading

  7. Enter the desired upload date

  8. Select whether you want investors to receive an email notification or not

  9. Attach the document by dragging and dropping it from your files or browse your computer files for it

  10. Click upload document & you’re done!

The uploaded document will appear for the investor in their document center. For more information on how investors can view and download documents please click here.
