Updating A Contacts Permissions

This article explains how to update an investors account access.

Contacts can have one of two permissions: Account Owner, which grants them the ability to make edits and investments, or Account Admin, which limits users to only making account edits.

To modify a contact's permissions, follow these instructions:

  1. Click Accounts from the menu on your dashboard

  2. Select the necessary account

  3. Scroll down to the Contacts card and click Settings

  4. Locate the correct user/contact from the list

  5. Click the Permissions field to select a different user role

  6. Click Save to apply the changes

NOTE: Only one person per account can be assigned the role of account owner.
