To set a password for an investor/Contact, simply access your Manager dashboard and follow the steps provided.

Click Contacts from your dashboard

Select the Contact that you need to set a password for 

Create a new to create a password between 8 and 20 characters, containing at least one number or special character &amp; click Save

Provide the investor/contact with their password

1. Click Contacts from your dashboard

2. Select the Contact that you need to set a password for 

3. Click Set Password

4. Create a new to create a password between 8 and 20 characters, containing at least one number or special character &amp; click Save

5. Provide the investor/contact with their password

If an investor is unable to receive the password reset email for accessing the portal due to a technical issue with their email or the portal, it is recommended to follow the steps outlined in this article.
