You can send a password reset email to investors from your Manager Dashboard.
To send a password reset email complete the following:
Go to the Contacts section in your Dashboard
Select the desired contact
Click on Reset Password
Confirm that you want to send a password reset email
Ask the investor/contact to check their inbox for an email with the subject "Reset your password"
Investors will then receive an email similar to the one shown below:
When investors click "reset your password" they will be routed to another webpage where they'll be asked to create a new to create a password between 8 and 20 characters, containing at least one number or special character.
