Making Changes to Individual Investment Accounts

This article explains how to make changes to individual accounts on behalf of investors.

Updated over a year ago

Managers now have the ability to make changes to both investor account information and the individual information tied to those accounts. This includes:

  • The accounts name of record

  • The investors email

  • The first and last name of the investor

  • Investors SSN

  • Investors DOB

  • Investors Resident status

  • Investors Primary and mailing addresses

Please note that most account details cannot be updated after a pledge has been created or subscription documents have been sent to the investor. If you need to modify an account that has already made a pledge or received subscription documents, please contact our Support team.


Updating An Investors individual Account Information:

  1. Click Accounts from your manager dashboard

  2. Locate and click on the account that needs to be updated

  3. Click Edit on the Individual information card

  4. Update the necessary details

  5. Click Save


Updating an Accounts Name of Record (account name)

  1. Click Accounts from your manager dashboard

  2. Locate and click on the account that needs to be updated

  3. Click Edit on the Account information card

  4. Enter the new Account name in the field

  5. Click Save
