Managers are now able to update the details associated with joint accounts. This includes:
Update the account name
Update the joint investment type as either JTWROS or TIC
Update Individual 1 and 2. (To update the account details for individual 1 or 2, visit their account directly from the accounts section instead of the joint account.)
Please note that most account details cannot be updated after a pledge has been created or subscription documents have been sent to the investor. If you need to modify an account that has already made a pledge or received subscription documents, please contact our Support team.
Updating Individual 1 or 2 on a Joint Account:
Click Accounts from your manager dashboard
Locate and click on the account that needs to be updated
Click Edit on the Individual 1 or 2 card
Update the account owner by search for them by name or account number (M#)
Click Save
Updating Joint Account Details:
Click Accounts from your manager dashboard
Locate and click on the account that needs to be updated
Click Edit on the Account information card
Update the necessary details (account name, joint investment type)
Click Save
