Update Pledged Amount
Updated over 8 months ago

You have the option to make changes to investments both before and after sending subscription documents to the investor. However, if the documents have already been sent, you will need to void the existing subscription documents in order to access the edit option and update the pledged amount.

Other changes that can be made include:

  • Updating distribution preference (can be done at any time)

  • Adjusting the funding method (check/wire can be updated at any time)

  • Updating the investment account linked to a pledge (before sending subscription documents or after voiding documents that were sent)

  • Modifying the pledged amount (before sending subscription documents or after voiding documents that were sent)
