Our portal has the ability to automatically run an investors AML/KYC (identity verification). In order to use this feature, an investment account must have the investors first and last name, ssn, home address, and their date of birth.
To use this feature follow the steps below:
Click on Accounts
Locate the account you need to run AML/KYC on
Click on the 3 dots
Click Run Auto Identity verification
When the auto check is successful, the verification status of the investor's identity will be updated to verified.
