Here are some ways to access open investment opportunities through your investor portal: Log into your portal and click on the **Opportunities** button. You can also scroll down to the **Opportunities** section from the **Overview** page. Investors who wish to view opportunities from sponsors on Verivest's platform must first connect with a manager who uses our platform. If you are already communicating with a Sponsor/Manager who uses Verivest, ask them to share their custom profile link so you can prepare to invest in their opportunities. Clicking on an open investment opportunity will provide investors with access to more details about the opportunity, which may include: 1. Opportunity summary: This will provide a brief overview of the investment opportunity, including the investment type, target returns, and other key details. 2. Opportunity documents: Investors can access investment documents such as offering memorandums, subscription agreements, and other legal documents related to the investment. 3. Investment strategy: This will provide more information about the investment strategy being employed by the Manager.
