This article provides instructions on how to sign up and log into the investor portal.
To access your investor portal, please use the direct link provided by your investment manager or the link that you received in your welcome email. If you need help obtaining the direct profile link for your Fund manager, please email us for assistance at support@verivest.com.
There are 2 ways you can log into the Investor Portal:
- Firm Login Page (example: https://platformeleven.io/FIRM-NAME
- https://platformeleven.io/ and click on Login.
- Logging in via Welcome Email.
Signing up via a Welcome Email
- To sign up, click on the link provided in your welcome email or portal invitation sent by your investment manager or Verivest.
- Upon clicking the link, a page that states "Let's verify your device" may pop up. Click on send verification email to verify your email address.
- Your verification email will be titled "Verify device." Click on Verify device and follow link to activate your account.
- Once you click on the link above, you will be successfully logged into your Investor Portal. If you would like to set a password for your login, click on Settings, and in Security, set up a password for your account.

Logging In Without An Email Invitation
- Click into the link of the Fund Manager. Example: https://uat.platformeleven.io/FIRM-NAME.
- Click on Register and fill out the appropriate fields.
- Once you fill out the appropriate fields above, verify that you are a human via hCaptcha, and click on Register.
- Once you register, you will need to verify your email address.
- In your email inbox, locate the verification email and click on the button Click here to verify your email.
- Once you have verified your email, the Fund Manager will then be notified to approve your registration. You will shortly receive an email from the Fund Manager with your portal details.
