# Redeeming an Investor

## This article goes over the investor redemption process.

Investor redemptions happen when investors choose to withdraw or cash out their investments in a financial offering. This gives investors the opportunity to sell their holdings and receive the corresponding value or money in return.

If you are utilizing our Fund Admin services and need to initiate a redemption, please follow the steps below:

1. Download the [Investor Redemption Form](https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/838438462/adf5125443535c8291368adf/Investor+Redemption+Form.pdf?expires=1729890000&signature=1b7393af92a5e2198df4837e38d106a4848daafc3ecbd3d56a13fa7756efab55&req=fCMvEsp2mYddFb4X1HO4gVlUAPSJhNxV4Ui5hHI05wbSilt220%2B2XMR%2FC8Tt%0A).
2. Fill out the form with the required information.
3. Submit the completed form to your Fund Admin team for processing. *If you are unsure how to contact your assigned Fund Admin team, please send the completed form to [Support@verivest.com](mailto:Support@verivest.com).*
