This article explains how to invite a contact or investor to view your profile or create an investor portal account.
After you have added a new contact, you can send them an invitation to create a user account and access the investor portal. The email invitation will prompt them to create an account, giving them the ability to view your manager profile and, invest, manage their investment and investment accounts.
To send a portal invitation to a new contact, follow these steps:
1. Click on People in your Manager dashboard menu
2. Select one or more people
3. Click on Invite above the contact names to send to multiple contacts or choose invite next to their name if only sending to one
4. Choose the preset Welcome Template or one your team has created and click Send

Clicking on the link will direct the investor to set up their login and password on the Eleven Portal.
Note: Emails sent from Pro accounts will have the manager's branding. Emails sent from Lite accounts will have Eleven branding.
