Sharing Offering Documents with Investors via the Portal

This guide outlines the process for sharing Offering documents with your investors and investment contacts through the portal.

Part 1: Granting Portal Access to Investors

Before investors can view documents, they need access to the Investor Portal.
  1. Log in to the Manager Portal.
  2. On the left sidebar, navigate to People.
  3. Search for the investor/contact:
    1. In the search bar, type the name of the investor or contact.
    2. If the contact is already listed, click on their name to open their profile and proceed directly to Step 5.
      1. If the contact is not listed:
        1. Click the + People button.
        2. Select Add One Person.
        3. Fill in the required details for the new contact.


                  iv. Click Submit and Add Relationship to create the contact record.
              1. Access Permissions:
                1. Once the contact is created, select the created account.
                2. Navigate to the Permissions tab.
              2. Grant Portal Access:
                1. Locate the toggle switch under Can access column.
                2. Enable this option to grant the investor access to the Investor Portal.
              3. Confirmation: Once access is granted, the investor will be able to log in to the portal.

              Part 2: Uploading Offering Documents

              Once investors have portal access, you can upload Offering documents for them to view.
              1. Navigate to the Document Library in the Manager Portal:
                1. In the Manager Portal, click Investor Portal in the left sidebar.
                2. Click Library.
              2. Select the Correct Fund Folder:
                1. Locate and open the folder named after the specific Fund for which you are uploading documents.
                  IMPORTANT! Documents uploaded to a specific fund's folder will be visible to ALL investors who have been granted portal access AND have access to that particular fund.
                • Upload the Offering Documents:
                  1. Click the + New button.
                  2. Click Upload document.
                  3. Choose the file from your local drive.
                  4. Enter the File Name and Effective Date.
                  5. Click Upload.


                          The uploaded document will now be visible in that fund's library for all permissioned investors.
