Uploading Investor Documents

You can upload documents for your investors to download from their investor portal, such as K-1s and asset updates.

Uploading a document for a specific investor:

  1. Login to your manager dashboard and select Accounts.
  2. Locate the investor account for which you need to add a document and then navigate to Documents
  3. Select Add new document
  4. Select the Category and date for the document
  5. Click Send email notification (if applicable) and drag and drop your file.
  6. Click Upload document

Uploading Offering documents to ALL investors

(e.g. quarterly asset update)
  1. Login to your Manager Dashboard and select Offerings
  2. Select the Offering and navigate to Documents

  3. Select Add new document

  4. Select the Category
    We highly recommend selecting a category when submitting a document to an offering. This will help investors who are using filters to search for specific documents easily locate the document they need.

  5. Select the date for the document

  6. Click Send email notification (if applicable) and drag and drop your file

  7. Select Upload document

To perform a bulk upload of your investors' K-1s, please contact your Fund Accountant for assistance.
