# Uploading Investor Documents
## You can upload documents for your investors to download from their investor portal, such as K-1s and asset updates.
### Uploading a document for a specific investor:
1. Login to your manager dashboard and select Accounts.
2. Locate the investor account for which you need to add a document and then navigate to **Documents**
3. Select **Add new document**
4. Select the Category and date for the document
5. Click **Send email notification** (if applicable) and drag and drop your file.
6. Click **Upload document**
### **Uploading Offering documents to ALL investors**
**(e.g. quarterly asset update)**
1. Login to your Manager Dashboard and select **Offerings**
2. Select the Offering and navigate to **Documents**
3. Select **Add new document**
4. Select the **Category**
*We highly recommend selecting a **category** when submitting a document to an offering. This will help investors who are using filters to search for specific documents easily locate the document they need.*
5. Select the **date** for the document
6. Click **Send email notification** (if applicable) and drag and drop your file
7. Select **Upload document**
### **Uploading Investor K-1s**
**To perform a bulk upload of your investors' K-1s, please contact your Fund Accountant for assistance.**
