Uploading and Deleting Company Documents

This article will review the Company documents section of the Library and how you can best use them to share Company updates.

Company documents are available for public view for all individuals added into the portal. Private investor documents (such as statements or K-1s) are shared elsewhere in the portal. 
  1. In the Manager portal, click into the Library tab on the top.
  2. Click into Company documents.
  3. Drag and drop any folders or files next to the black cloud to upload.


  4. If you want to delete a document, select the checkbox for the document or folder you would like to delete. 
  5. Under Item actions, click on Delete items.
  6. Once you click Yes, delete, the selected item is removed from the Company documents section.If you have any further questions regarding this topic, feel free to email support@verivest.com
