To assist managers in monitoring investor activity, we have implemented a new feature that enables them to easily identify when an investor has activated their account. On the Contacts page, you will find a filter labeled **Status**, which allows you to view the active or inactive status of investors. They may also have active investments with your firm. - **Invited contacts** are those who have been invited to view your firm's profile. This means they have been sent a welcome email asking them to create a user account in order to access their investor portal. - **Offline contacts** are individuals who have not yet created a user account.
