This article goes over how to determine if an investor or contact has accessed their account.
To assist managers in monitoring investor activity, we have implemented a new feature that enables them to easily identify when an investor has activated their account. On the Contacts page, you will find a filter labeled Status, which allows you to view the active or inactive status of investors. By utilizing this filter, you can promptly access a list of contacts/investors who have activated their portal by either creating an account or accepting their invitation via the welcome email.

Active contacts are those who are currently active in the portal. They may also have active investments with your firm.

Invited contacts are those who have been invited to view your firm's profile. This means they have been sent a welcome email asking them to create a user account in order to access their investor portal.

Offline contacts are individuals who have not yet created a user account. This means that they have not created a user password or received a welcome email.
