Investor Portal Overview
A quick overview of the features available in your investor portal.

After logging in to your investor portal, you will arrive at your home page, which is the Portfolio page. This page offers a quick overview of all your investments across all managers with whom you have investments, and is essential for accessing documents, transactions, or checking the status of an investment.

If you have not yet created a pledge or completed an investment, you will see a page similar to the one displayed below, instead of a Portfolio.


At the top of your Portfolio page, you'll find a detailed banner that displays essential information about your investments. This includes your total portfolio value, committed capital, contributed capital, and total return of Capital.

Please note that the portfolio summary displayed above will only show data for investments that have been marked as Completed by your investment manager. Pending investments are visible by clicking "view investments" from your portfolio page.

At the center of your Portfolio page, you will find a clear and simple breakdown of all investments sorted based on the Manager they belong to. This segment offers easy and convenient access to the profiles of all managers with whom you have invested.

Please note that the example shown above only includes one investment Manager, but if you have investments with multiple managers, you will find that information listed in the area shown above.

The View overview button will direct you to your Investment Manager's profile page.

Clicking the View opportunities button will take you to Open Opportunities.

Clicking View investments from My Portfolio will immediately display a new menu with the following options:

Open Opportunities

From the Open Opportunities page, you will be able to view all of the investment opportunities that are currently open and available across all of the Investment Managers that you have either viewed or invested with. To view the global Open Opportunities page in your investor portal, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your investor portal

  2. Click Open Opportunities located in the menu at the top of your portal

Once you find an opportunity that you are interested in, you can click on the opportunity or visit the Managers profile to view more details.


In the Accounts tab, you can see a list of all your investment accounts. It shows both the accounts created for you and the ones you created to invest.

From here, you will be able to:

  1. Add a new account (individual, Joint, Entity, trust, retirement and brokerage)

  2. See the current status of your Accreditation or Identify Check Status.

  3. Upload additional documentation regarding an identity check

  4. Update your contact details (home address, mailing address, or email)

Help & Support

If you find yourself needing some help, our Support articles can be quickly accessed at the top of every page within your portal. Clicking the Help & Support button will open a new browsing window directing you to our Support Center.


To access your account settings, click on your initials located at the top right of every page within your portal.

From Settings, you can complete several actions, including the following:

  • Add a profile photo

  • Update the name attached to your user profile

  • Update the email attached to your user account (the email used to login)

  • Update the Country in which you reside

  • Change your current password

  • Enable or disable two-factor authentication

Logging Out

For your security, we highly recommend logging out of your investor portal after you are done with each session. To log out, follow the directions below.

  1. To log out, click on the initials located at the top right of your investor portal

  2. Click logout
